Living Ideation and the philosophical shift about suicide intervention are not just for clinically trained people. All of us feel the complexities of joy, despair, fear, and love. Therefore, it doesn't take a mental health professional to engage in the balancing act of mental health. We are all relatives, loved ones, friends, and colleagues to others. We can begin to intentionally connect with others in our lives in ways that bolster mental health and balance.
